摘要隨著計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)的發(fā)展和信息化進(jìn)程的推進(jìn)，各部門的數(shù)據(jù)以令人驚異的速度增長，不同數(shù)據(jù)庫管理系統(tǒng)存儲并管理著
數(shù)據(jù)，異地系統(tǒng)間的異構(gòu)性使企業(yè)和機(jī)構(gòu)間的數(shù)據(jù)訪問存在諸多的不便，大大降低了信息的利用效率。針對這一情況，提出了結(jié)合
元數(shù)據(jù)和Web Service 技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)共享問題的解決方案，充分發(fā)揮元數(shù)據(jù)在數(shù)據(jù)管理方面的特性和Web Service 在分布式計(jì)算上
的優(yōu)勢，實(shí)現(xiàn)共享數(shù)據(jù)的集中性管理和分布式存儲，并對崇明島生態(tài)環(huán)境數(shù)據(jù)共享平臺的開發(fā)建設(shè)進(jìn)行了具體的研究。

ON DATA SHARING WITH COMBINED TECHNOLOGIES OF
METADATA AND WEB SERVICE

Abstract With the development of computer technology and the advancement of informatisation process，the data in various departments
are increasing at an unprecedented speed，different types of DBMS are managing the system storage and the data. Distributed heterogeneous
system leads to much inconvenience in data access among the enterprises，departments and organizations，thus greatly impairs the efficiency of
information utilisation. In light of this issue，this thesis presents a solution to realise data sharing in combination with the technologies of
metadata and Web Service. It gives full play to the advantages of metadata in data management and of Web Service in distributed handling，
realises the centralised management and distributed storage of the sharing data. A detailed research on the development and construction of
Chongming Island Ecological Environment Data Sharing Platform is conducted as well.
